Coats for Kids (part of the Faith in Action program)

Our council has completed the Coats for Kids drive for 2023.

The goal of this program is to provide coats for children in need during the cold winter months.

This is our council’s 3rd year participating. This year, coats were presented to Brownstown elementary school in the Conestoga Valley school district. In prior years, coats were presented to elementary schools in Eastern Lancaster County school district. These districts are part of our council’s area.

Thanks to Tony Luque, for his leadership of the program, approximately 40 coats for elementary students, boys and girls, were delivered on Wednesday, December 20th.
