The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882, by Father Michael McGivney, a priest at St. Mary's Church in New Haven, Connecticut.
With charity as our first principle, the Fr. John Schmalhofer Knights have donated more than 5,000 hours of service to parish and community charitable causes since 2018.

Note that the August general meeting is scheduled for August 26th, 2025 (Tuesday night) not Monday the 25th. This is only for August, regular General meetings in September and later will be Monday nights.

The New Holland Knights have donated time/funds to the following groups and charities:

Right to Life: March for Life, A Woman’s Concern, Baby Bottle fundraiser
RSVP program: support for seminarians studying for the Priesthood
Our Lady of Lourdes parish and parishioners needs
